i chose this spot because it's so close to chamartín station. i had an early train to catch. the helpful staff stored my luggage safely, allowing me to explore a bit more before heading out. the breakfast was excellent too!!!
the soundproofing could use some improvement, as i could hear noise from other guests.

I appreciated the staff's helpfulness . I received a packed lunch as I left before breakfast it was a nice surprise. The location near the train station suited my travel plans. I found the breakfast very good with an attentive staff.
I noticed some minor wear and tear, but it didn't affect my stay significantly.

the location was next to the train station, i can't complain about that.
the room i got, a family room, seemed pretty outdated. the baseboards were cracked and had mold, how lovely. also, the staff at the reception was not very friendly, not a great start.
